Position Details

Desk Clerk

Checks in/out guests, takes reservations and assists in the daily operation of the hotel. Answers guest questions regarding the area and local services. Uses the property management computer system to perform daily work functions. Extensive phone use for reservations and guest questions.

Housekeeper

Cleans and provides basic maintenance to hotel rooms, common areas, and offices of the hotel as assigned by the Head Housekeeper and Hotel Manager. Works through a variety of interior and exterior environments. Stocks and maintains housekeeping carts and supply rooms used by housekeeping staff. Some laundry work may be required as decided by the Hotel Manager.

Head Housekeeper

Directs the housekeeping staff on daily operations and organizes housekeeping work assignments. Assists housekeepers with completing company training programs. Cleans and provides basic maintenance to hotel rooms, common areas, and offices of the hotel as assigned by the Hotel Manager. Works through a variety of interior and exterior environments. Stocks and maintains housekeeping carts and supply rooms used by housekeeping staff. Some laundry work may be required as decided by the Hotel Manager.

General Maintenance

Provides for general maintenance needs through a range of repair/troubleshooting efforts. Repair and inspect minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry defects or damage on an as-assigned basis. Inspect and adjust the variable chemistry of the pool and hot tub on property, keeping a thorough log of the chemical results and maintaining government required chemical levels. Assists our housekeeping department by emptying garbage cans and public ashtrays. Keeps hotel common areas swept and tidy.
